Unfair Judgement, Traitorous Heart

~Small Story~

For what reason should this have happened? Was it truly fair or was it all in the plan of life?

Her time in the Heavens had been a long one, one of Paradise and a place filled with others as Pure Hearted as herself. But yet, her heart had longed for something more. Just a silly Angel with Pure intentions, remembering the feeling of love had been one that she met with happiness. A human whom she protected, she being a Guardian, had fallen for her and she could feel her heart beat once more for such a young man who loved her and not just the beauty that Paradise instilled on her.

Such feelings were a forbidden action within the gates of the Heavens. To allow your Guarded to become infatuated and for the Guardian to return such feelings. But the Angel hadn't cared. This love had felt strong and she knew what they felt was true.

Though she was known well and liked much, her wings were torn from the skin of her back, the non-bleeding gouges in her back a permanent reminder of what she once was. She, however, did not care. The Angel had someone whom loved her and awaited her return to Earth.

But, as a heart could love, it could break as well.

To what pain truly awaited her return but the man she loved be in the arms of more than just one woman.

The Angel sat in the forest, far from the young man and far from society of such hurtful and horrible creatures such as humans. Her feet were dipped in the water of a hidden creek, the cold sending shivers up and down her spine. On either side of her back, the gouges would serve as constant reminders of her being ripped from her Paradise, for a man that held nothing but lust for the Angel. To be tricked and to be lured by a human man away from her Heaven was painful.

Was it truly fair?
